When a Business Goes Under

What happens when a business is dragging along and never quite breaking even? What happens when a businessman finds himself facing financial difficulties and the bank is no longer willing to extend credit? What happens when a woman who owns a home business finds that her income is plummeting?

What happens is that the Kupa comes to the rescue!

Business was booming in the Levi family’s stationery store. Every child knew the address of the store, and it had become the most popular store in the neighborhood. But then a large chain store opened a competing branch across the street, the equation was not going to be the same any more. The Levi family was forced to declare bankruptcy, facing debts of nearly a million shekels. The situation was extremely dire; after years of prosperity they found themselves plunging into a deep financial abyss.

The Kupa immediately came to their aid. A highly proficient attorney handled the bankruptcy process until the Levis were legally entitled to divest themselves of their debts. The entire process was extremely costly and the Kupa helped the family procure a significant sum of money to cover the expenses. Next, the Kupa helped the ex-proprietor find employment. After three long, grueling years, the family made a complete recovery.

The happy ending was that the Levis were able to stand on their own feet and they will never forget how the Kupa staff accompanied them through the process with love, dedication, and professionalism.
